ISO 9001:2000 specifies requirements for a quality management system where an organisation needs to demonstrate its ability to provide products that fulfil customer and applicable regulatory requirements and aims to enhance customer satisfaction.

Eiger Systems was ranked in 2003 and 2004 in the Deloitte European Technology Fast 500, a ranking of the 500 fastest-growing technology companies in Europe based on five-year percentage revenue growth.

Sunday Times Best Companies to Work For 2006
For the second year running, Eiger Systems has been listed as one of the Sunday Times Best Small Companies to work for. The results, published in March 2006, ranked Eiger Systems 88th overall. Experian Payments was the 6th highest entry in the Midlands region and was the 8th placed technology company.
